First Meeting

Getting to know you.  Our first meeting is nothing more than a conversation.  Everyone's goals and dreams are different.  It gives us the opportunity to understand who you are, what you are trying to accomplish, and ask lots of questions, so we can begin putting all the pieces together for you.  By the end of this conversation we will have enough information to begin your Retirement Roadmap.

Second Meeting

We have now completed your Retirement Roadmap.  Let the education begin.  We will cover all of your Federal Benefits and explain how each one actually works (contrary to what you may have heard around the water cooler).  Don't get too anxious!  We will make this easy!  We have extensive experience and are able to explain complex topics in an easy to digest manner.  You will walk away with more knowledge than when you started.

By the end of this meeting you will have a long-term plan to get you to retirement and beyond.  If additional steps must be taken to get you to your ideal retirement, we will discuss those items and develop a plan to get you there.

Ongoing Support

For some, the completion of the Retirement Roadmap is enough.  For those Federal employees, you may not need our services further.  That is perfectly fine.  For most, we help them to get all of the puzzle pieces put together and begin a lifelong partnership. We will continue to work with you every year, up until retirement and beyond.
